This course is for new and experienced meditators.
You’ll learn a unique approach to meditating, with techniques that facilitate easier meditation and accelerate your path to bliss.
Each class includes a short talk, a brief meditation, and a question and answer period. We’ll set you up in a comfortable seated position, with specialized propping to meet your needs. This helps quiet your mind and makes your meditation deeper and sweeter.
Through meditation, you will experience who you really are.
