How is it Grown? Rabbit’s Dance Farm uses organic growing
methods and uses no chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. We use compost, manure, seaweed and cover crops to fertilize our soil. We use tractors, hoes, and hands to control weeds. We have never had to use any pest control in our garlic.
**Your cured garlic will store easily through February in a cool, dry place.

**Garlic scapes freeze well, and are a delicious treat in May, when your garlic is gone, and the next season’s garlic is not yet ready.

**When you have an abundance of garlic, put whole bulbs in the oven, drizzled in olive oil and wrapped in foil, and use the soft roasted garlic as an exquisite spread.

**Garlic has antibacterial properties and when steeped with hot pepper, ginger, and honey, makes an excellent tea, both to fight off infection and to cure throat and sinus irritations.

**Garlic is delicious dipped in chocolate.

**You can save a bulb of garlic, and plant it in your garden to ward off pests.
