Classroom Details
Yoga With Kristin studio is a bright, airy second floor space.  

Studio entrance is through the porch. Once inside, there is  is a bench and shoe mat to your right.  Please leave your belongings there, and join us in the studio upstairs.  

What to Bring/Wear
You may want to bring water, and an extra layer in case you cool down during class.  

Wear loose or stretchy, comfortable clothing.   

Please refrain from wearing scents when you come to class.  

             You do not need to bring a yoga mat.  

       It is best not to eat a big meal right before class. 
 
Punctuality
We begin class right at the start time.  If you are late, not to worry; come in quietly and settle yourself in Shavasana.  

Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first 2 classes, and thereafter if you would like Shavasana adjustments.   

Missed Classes
It happens. Sometimes you miss a class. When that does happen, you have 3 options:

1) Make it up with another class at the studio at any time during the current series.

2) Apply the cost of your missed class towards a discounted private session - 1 missed class for 1 session - at any time during the current series.

3) Consider it missed.
